Scorpion - Pisces

Pisces is Water and Mutable. Scorpio is Water and Fixed. Oceanic forces run through and over these two water signs. Pluto and Neptune are the guiding planets. If people would ask, “Is there a difference between Scorpio and Pisces?” The answer would be in the affirmative. They are water signs, but they are indeed strongly different. Again, we are assuming there is strong attraction working with these two and they are contemplating hoping they can work out their relationship with great success. So when you look at how they differ, you look at the potential harmonies and possible lessons. When you look at what they share in common, you see how and why they can be so harmonic.

Pisces’ all embracing kind of harmony with the deep inner world of the psyche and the subconscious, allows them an inside look and feeling for the complex Scorpion. This understanding combined with the Piscean mellowness and sweet kind of melancholy is very inviting to the Scorpion. The Scorpion will be able to relax. Pisces is an easy socializer. Not some party animal, but the person sitting over there with an inviting smile and a sense that all is OK. Pisces can give Scorpio a real engaging friend, as well as a romantic partner. Scorpio can give Pisces a sense of stability; a friend that is such a standard of strength that the Pisces does not need to fall into that foreboding sense that a vague depression is coming on. The question that they might ask each other is whether Pisces would tire of Scorpion preoccupation with suspicion and potential enemies. Pisces knows that feeling, but those feelings tend to go away the next morning, or after their mood changes. A Pisces regularly living with a Scorpio might find that the feelings they reveal are too heavy for the Pisces to ponder every day. That brings up a very positive aspect to this union. Scorpio does not like to disclose everything. Pisces is not preoccupied with having everything revealed to them. There are enough creatures swimming in their heads. Extra “little demons” to follow in their consciousness is not something that they would relish. So, in effect, the tidal flow of emotional and psychic energy both assists the Scorpio in being understood, and also alleviates the condition of having to explain too much about their internal workings. Pisces, a veteran soul of psychic life, can both nod in silent acceptance and also be unphased by personal psychic happenings. Meanwhile, their attraction to each other gives the Pisces a solid feeling of security and safeness that they do not often have in their lives.

Positive Postulate: Pisces can cover a breadth of emotional states in their own world, and also see with the completeness of a psychic into others minds and hearts. Scorpio admires this quality, and at the same time sees that Pisces tends to be very low on the arrogance thermometer. Their gentleness and humanness turns the two of them into charming company for themselves and their church friends or party mates, or business companions. Scorpio gets a mask and a cloak to wear, all very acceptable cover for the intensity within.

Romance Recommendation: Romance, being where the heart and the body join, Pisces and Scorpio are in good company. Sensitivity is the challenging theme for Scorpio; and the Pisces is a wonderful partner to achieve this sensitivity and union with. If chemicals can be avoided and deep dark mood nullified, this can be wonderful for both of them.

Conflict Quotient: Conflict with these two would hopefully be constructive, positive and searching for good solutions. Rancor or sarcasm or accusation, would quickly lead the partnership into unworkable states of sadness, in which Scorpio might come on too strong; Pisces might get paranoid and hyper vigilant.

Peace Parlay: Life in the end is repetitive and mundane, and so is Romance itself. This factor asks the question: "Can we be bored together over the long term?" As we sometimes say: Boredom would be medicinal for these two. Inner turbulence and psychic unrest can be standard states; thus boredom or being at ease would be prescribed.

Keep Up The Interest Graph: Neptune and Pluto are planets of mystery and harbor visions from worlds that are not universally familiar. The places that these two see nightly in their dreams portend that they will not lack for interest for ideas that see the light of day.

Seven Year Itchiness: There are some signs that by their nature are more stable in their love interests and family concerns as time goes on. Others are not. Infidelity is a kind of treachery to the deeply serious and committed lover. Neither should entertain it as a potential solution to problems they might be having. It is coming closer to each other at the level of heart that provides answers. Separation like this does not assist in healing.

RATING:

ASTROCOMPATIBILITY POSSIBILITY RATING: 75% Positive Long Term - 70% Short Term. Upon meeting, a great sense of magic would probably take them. Intelligent and conscious disclosure of their inner natures would help them slowly grow more bound to each other. Speed is not the goal here, thoroughness and truth are. Pisces could make a whole domestic world feel good. Scorpio can move in its inexorable daily way toward greater success.
